A Science-Based, Individualized Nutrition Campaign
“Eat for You” is a fun, science-based, and highly personalized educational campaign from the Portion Balance Coalition, designed for both consumers and healthcare professionals
Because nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, Eat for You takes an individualized approach—focusing on portion balance while considering the whole person. The campaign uses a simple yet powerful tool: your hand. By connecting parts of the hand to all major food groups and aligning with USDA’s MyPlate, Eat for You makes healthy eating more intuitive. It also offers practical tips to help people manage portions and build healthier habits for life.
